From Photo to Drawing in a Second
A failed gasket usually arrives with no drawing and no part number. Tracing it by hand and measuring bolt circles with callipers takes hours. Olypsys does it from a single photo.

The profile is built from true arcs, straight lines, and bolt circles, the way an engineer would draw it rather than a jagged trace of thousands of tiny segments. Engineering constraints are recognised too: bolt holes of the same diameter come out equal, and tangent edges stay tangent. Download it as DXF and cut a replacement straight away.

Identify Standard Gaskets
Every measurement is checked against a built-in catalogue of standard flange gaskets, including ASME B16.21 and EN 1514-1 sizes. You get the best match with a confidence score, plus ranked alternatives. Ordering a replacement takes one phone photo.

Review and Edit in the Browser
Every measurement opens in 2d-ed, the parametric editor included for Pro users. The original photo sits underneath the drawing, so you can check the result against the real part and adjust anything directly. When the AI does get an edge wrong, you will see it straight away and fix it in seconds. That is still far quicker than measuring by hand and redrawing somewhere else.
